Once we understand the vision for the project, we translate that master plan into Schematics and the program foundations. Designs are optimized for function and usability while meeting the specific safety and code requirements defined by the location and governing municipalities. From Schematics, Beach Street Development drives the design document process. Once completed, the Design Documentation (DD) set will provide a clear picture of the future space and the budget required for building a distinctive surf destination. The design process finishes with a Construction Drawing set which will be used for project construction
